There are several ways to create a meeting in Teamleader Focus. If you're not yet familiar with them, find out more in this article.
But did you know it is also possible to schedule a single meeting at regular intervals in the future? Think about your weekly team meeting for example.
Here is how to set up a recurrent meeting:
1. Add a meeting in Teamleader Focus using these instructions.
2. Click on the three dots next to 'Meeting info' and select Repeat meeting to make this a recurrent meeting:
3. Define how often you want the meeting to be repeated, and also what the end date of the recurring meeting should be.
4. Simply click save and you’re done!
Note: If you make a meeting recurrent, the occurences of this meeting will start from the date of your meeting, even though this is a meeting in the past. This means meetings will be planned even on dates in the past.
