At Teamleader Focus, we are a big fan of working more efficiently. Our partners like to help us with that. That’s why Billit developed some integrations between Teamleader Focus and your favourite bookkeeping tools to make your life much easier. Automatically marking your invoices as paid and sending your invoices to the government: that’s all possible when using one of the Billit integrations!

In this article we’ll provide a short overview of the possibilities with Billit:

  1. Syncing your Teamleader Focus invoices to your bookkeeping tool
  2. Automatically marking invoices as paid via CODA
  3. Send invoices to the government via PEPPOL

1. Syncing your Teamleader Focus invoices to your bookkeeping tool

Automatically syncing your invoices from Teamleader Focus to your bookkeeping tool is possible when you use one of the following tools:

Check Billit's website to find an overview of other accounting tools to integrate with.

The biggest advantage of using one of these integrations is that you don’t have to manually export your invoices from Teamleader Focus anymore to import them in your bookkeeping tool. This will happen automatically, saving you and your business time. Billit's payment check will immediately follow your invoices - marking them as paid in Teamleader Focus -, and all invoices will be available to your bookkeeper.

2. Automatically marking invoices as paid via CODA

By default, no immediate connection between Teamleader Focus and your bank is possible. Billit however can connect with your bank, and automatically marks invoices as paid in Billit when a payment comes in. The payment status of your invoices in Teamleader Focus will then automatically be updated.

3. Send invoices to the government via PEPPOL

A third option of the Billit integration is to send invoices via PEPPOL towards your customers, including the Belgian government.

  • PEPPOL is the abbreviation for "Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line" and is the most secure, fastest and most efficient way of invoicing in Europe (and beyond).

  • Belgian governments receive their invoices via Mercurius. This is a federal platform that will open up all governments. Billit can send your invoice to Mercurius.
